Booth fees are due at the time of application

Booth assignments are handled on a first-paid basis. Applications submitted after July 26 may have higher fees.

Vendors may apply for multiple booths. Standard booth size is 8 ft x 6 ft.

  • 2-7 Booths$375 each
  • 8+ Booths$350 each

After July 1

  • 1 Booth$445
  • 2-7 Booths$400 each
  • 8+ Booths$375 each

Booth Details

What Is Included

  • One 6-foot skirted table and two chairs
  • Electricity available for additional cost
  • Hotel WiFi available, but not guaranteed
  • Displays must be safe, professional, and tasteful

Check-In

Vendor Arrival

  • Check in with AFA before booth setup
  • Booth assignments are first-paid basis
  • AFA may adjust booth locations if necessary
  • Name badges must be worn at all times

Policy

Cancellation

  • 50% refund before July 15
  • No refunds after August 1
  • No refunds for weather conditions
  • Event continues except for dangerous weather

Badge & Meal Registration

  • Friday Dinner: $75
  • Saturday Banquet: $95
  • Meal ticket deadline: August 1

Code of Conduct

Marketplace expectations for vendors

Vendors agree to maintain a considerate, professional, and safe exhibit environment for guests, exhibitors, and AFA representatives.

  • Be considerate of other exhibitors and guests.
  • Do not construct displays that block traffic or create unattractive backdrops for neighboring booths.
  • Ensure your exhibit does not interfere with another exhibitor's ability to conduct business.
  • Keep booth sound levels from intruding on adjacent exhibit areas.
  • Do not enter another exhibitor's display area uninvited or handle product without permission.
  • Unauthorized photography or video of another exhibitor's booth or product is prohibited.
  • Soliciting is limited to designated booth areas only.
  • Seek assistance from the Market Chairperson or an AFA official if an issue arises.
